US 2001 D-timers

I'm trying to find a US 2001 (not the ohd the gantry) setups and timers document if anyone has this in pdf format and would like to share it with me I would greatly appreciate it. I think it's BS that Ryko service will not provide this info to a machine owner.
 
Randy, I can get those d timers you need Monday, do you have my e-mail address? now this is for the US 2001 that runs on the floor rails not the OHD on wall mounted rails correct?
 
I have Program 22858-000 rev u...I don't remember what the latest program is but I'm sure this is an old one. I'll send you my E-mail. I just finished installing this machine from *%&^. It's been sitting for a couple of years..and I have nothing good to say about the people who maintained this machine before that.
