Unitec/DRB "not scheduled" error.

I'm seeing more and more card declines on my Portals and WSII's for "not scheduled". I was on the phone with tech support at DRB last week for another issue and asked about it. They said that DRB engineers were aware and know it's their issue. They are working on a fix. Is anyone else seeing this error and has anything resolved it, or does anyone know why it is occurring or what the error means? DRB, can you chime in?

I have several locations with this issue and have gotten the same response. Just sit and wait I guess.

Hey, I've been experiencing this issue as well. Did you guys ever get a resolution from DRB/Unitec?

They have a software update that is supposed to resolve the issue. It is supposedly cards that expire in 2029 and 2030. I updated most of mine, but yesterday had a customer complain that 2 of his cards were declined, so not sure if it actually resolved anything.
