recently when the undercarriage come on(water spray), the boom also comes on. What is the cause for this?

Trash in the spray boom solenoid causing it to stay open.

i dont see any solenoid connected to line. I only see 90 degree swivel and dema valve. btw it is pretty much corroded. can someone tell me the description of it. How does one remove since it is so tightly set into that side panel?

"Dema valve" is probably the solenoid.
