Does anyone have a good car wash TUNNEL maintenance checklist they would like to share for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly? There are some floating around online but a lot of them aren't very detailed or don't relate to tunnel washes. Thanks!

i agree it seems excessive. i was sharing what our simonize rep put together for us. he ran the maintenance for oasis car washes back in the day.

Rule of thumb is to grease rotational (360 degree) bearings once a week and any pivotal bearings once a month. Most bearings only require 1 or 2 pumps of grease. Do not pump grease until you see it escape from the top of the bearing. If grease comes out of the top, you've broken the seal of the bearing and it will deteriorate at a much faster rate than had you not greased it at all.
