Trough heat. Big enough water heater?

I currently have a 5 gal water heater circulating antifreeze through the automatic wash rails and the trough for half of my 4 bay wash. I want to tee in and add lines to the other half of my wash. Is this water heater enough to tackle the extra runs of 3/4" trough heat??
 
Temperature difference of the heater's outlet and inlet = deltaT

Assuming, 120' of 3/4 PEX for the additional 4 bay trough...that adds less than 2 gallons of glycol to the system. And, since the trough is likely insulated, the temperature drop through the new section won't be as significant. (No where near the exposed rail section.)

What is a good way to add a tee for the new lines and a spot to add antifreeze?
