Triple foam pressure

I run it at 70 PSI, most of the valves wide open, 3/8" OD tubing, and use the air to throttle back the liquid. I prefer to go with a very thick foam with lots of volume.

I’m at 70 PSI also but the flojets only pumps once before going to the next flojet which takes forever for the foam to get to the bays.
So I have raised the flojets to 82 PSI to get 2-3 pumps before switching over.
My problem recently is that my second flojet will freeze up multiple times per day.
I’ve lowered the air, put a new flojet and air valve on and it still locks up.
Any suggestions? Thanks

If pressure to the Flo Jets is 75 PSI, what is the air pressure. Also what type of nozzle / jet are you using. You can't put 10lbs thru a 5lb sack.

Up and running
I replaced the new flojet with another new one and this one is working.
I guess I just had a bad new one.
I like the idea of no tip and shooting out a wall of foam.

I did what mep said (thank you Mep) now they get lots of foaming action and they can spend alot more $$$$ rinsing!!:-)
