Make sure your getting air when turned on.
Do you have foamers? Make sure their cleaned and not empty. I know some don't use them but I do. When I product was runny I found out the material inside the foamer had disintegrated.
Also you can try making your mix stronger, more product

Change your tip in your hyrdomider.
Quick way to see if it is your tip is to poor more tri foam directly into the tanks and go turn it on in a bay.....if it seems to thicken up then your mix is thin.
Otherwise changing the tip your going to have to wait a little as the tank empties, fills, empties and fills to see a noticeable change from the different tip
