Are the chemical companies diluting their chemicals more than they have in the past? For the life of me, I can't get my new batch of Tri Foam to "foam" at all. I haven't changed a thing on the automatic either... I've turned the Blue and White pumps up, for those of you that use them, I used to run at 3, I'm up to 6 now. The water pressure is 30 psi and the air is at 25 psi. I can get the blue to foam a bit but nothing out of the yellow and red. I checked everything I can check and it is all working. I'm starting to think the chemicals are watered down. I use both Warsaw and National brand tri foam from Kleen Rite. Any ideas?

Why don't you just switch the barrels and run the blue with pumps for yellow and red in your scenario. If you still see the blue working some, you would isolate it to the product.

If you mixed two products without purging the lines, you may have had a chemical reaction that is in the form of a snot ball that is plugging your delivery lines or scruffy pads.
