Some negative feedback at first, some irritation and messiness, but that passed. We had open trash receptacles, and when asked we explained there was trash that we shouldn't handle, like broken glass, needles, etc. We posted signs that read, "due to illegal dumping we could no longer handle the volume of trash we were receiving". And customers saw the trash that we were dealing with. It has been a few years now, and we get very little left behind. Our washes are a lot cleaner now, and look well cared for.Have you got any negative feedback from your regulars when you did this? Most of our regulars have little to no trash at all since they keep their cars so clean to begin with.
