good to hear you are going for some flash! do it wisely but do it strong. too many in this business elect to buy the "B" parcel and build the "B" building to save $. i came from a retail development back and couldn't believe the deals some of the "car wash" operators were doing. you can go broke for 1.5 million just as easy as 2.5 million. just a better chance at 1.5!
