Sometimes a token is rejected and gets stuck below the coin acceptor, instead of falling into the opening (below the shelves). Customers call to complain when they lose 2 $1 tokens on the Microfiber towel machine. I think I fixed it with a $1 plastic Matchbox track. I cut a 3.5" strip and wedged it in tight, against the coin acceptor. Rejected tokens will hit it, then return to the customers!
