Tokennote Problem

I have tokennotes for my top wash ($10) only. Problem is this; customer puts in a tokennote and selects any wash below the $10 wash and the car wash fails to start.

Is the Hamilton XE stumped by receiving a $10 tokennote and a customer selecting a wash other than the top wash?

Dave, It sounds like you?ve got your Goldline ACW programmed to a multiple credit token note mode. You need to go into the controller and reprogram it so it?s in a single credit token note mode with the top wash being your $10 token note wash. Call Hamilton they can walk you through it.
