When did the line get blurred between protesting and looting/vandalism/assault? Peaceful protesting is a right in our freedom loving country. Vandalism/looting/assault is a crime and should be punished to the full extent of the law. When a protester picks up a rock to throw, burns a car or store, loots a business or assaults an officer they become criminals, not protesters. Until authorities start enforcing the law these violent actions by mobs will not stop. Call out the National Guard or even Army if you have to but start arresting and prosecuting those that incite riots or engage in criminal acts. It's hard to commit those crimes inside a jail cell where these criminals belong.

It happened when Obama invited the leaders of the Black Lives Matters group to the Whitehouse. Once he legitimized their tactics all bets were off and it became OK to riot. Instead of calling for calm, Obama stoked the fire by calling out the police and sending the justice department to investigate for racisim.
It's not just Barry. Almost all Liberals including Clinton call out the cops but not the people breaking the law. When are Liberals going to call out racist groups like BLM and the Black Panthers like they do the KKK and White Supremists? When is the media going to report the truth instead of the crap they put out? Maybe any media outlet or "journalists" that put out distorted reports instead of the facts that cause the problems like they have in Charlotte should be prosecuted for inciting a riot.
Something else that is hardly being reported is that George Soros gave something like 50 million, yes you read that right, to the BLM group. Now when there is any event, they bus in the protesters and let them riot and burn. The Charlotte police said that 70% of the people actually arrested were from out of state. I thought that it was illegal to incite riots and that is what is going on. But since Barry is a famous community organizer, he condones all this. By the way, after the Wal Mart was looted, the shelves were completely empty. The only things left in the store were sun tan lotion and father's day cards.
