Time Machine 9001/cv 3013 looking for a part

A friend of mine owns a car wash with 4 bays..

All using the Time Machine 9001/cv 3013.

But he has problems with the LED lights on a couple of them...

I have been looking for the part for the LED, picture attached.

Circuit Boards are "assy 40-107-2"
Not sure if this part can be purchased.
I told him, he may see if someone can repair it.

Do the LEDs look like they plug into the board? If so, pop one off and go to mouser.com with the part number.

No they don't pop out and not sure if its the LED or a part on the board.

I was thinking about telling him to take it to a repair shop and have them test the resistors..
