Things Just Got Real

Yep. I keep going back and forth on whether I'm a Dencar fanboy or not. Our S2 that was built about two years ago has the majority of components replaced in it. The biggest issue I still see is that if your site does not have rock solid internet, Dencar may not be a good choice. It's better than it was for sure, but it still doesn't recover well when Internet is back online. Also, I think it's odd that a customer can't purchase a wash with cash without internet.
My original one is 3 years old now so I'll bet yours had all the same components that have now been swapped out. I've never had any issues with my internet. Except the one time it went down for a few hours and I found out the cellular back up was installed incorrectly and wouldn't work. My installer happened to be here working on some other stuff when it went down so we figured it out pretty quick and got everything online.

Ours was never installed currently either. Even after getting that working, it only kicks in if the Internet is down for more than a minute. Also, the Internet has to be completely down. Many, many times we have crazy slow speeds but the cellular won't kick in because there's still signal. Dencar doesn't run well or at all if you have upload speeds in the very low single digits.
