Anybody have any experience with ThePit-Crew.com? Apparently, they serve the East Coast...and service only car washes.

It's time for me to pump my pits. I'm tired of paying through the nose to a local septic guy. Unfortunately, I'm in a large metro area...so pumping/drying (ring-o-matic) is not an option for me.

Any reviews?

I called them to do mine and had an day scheduled. They didn't show up so I called them to reschedule. They didn't show up for the second appointment so I am done with them.

Yesterday, they came and did a great job.

The driver called a couple of hours out, and then again about an hour before arriving. This allowed me to stay open as long as possible.

They did NOT overcharge. The bill came in pretty close to the estimate. In fact, it was just a couple of dollars less. I'll be using them again next time.....

$1200 for my 3/2.

The mud was packed in pretty tight. Averaged about 18-20 inches deep in a 4'x3' pit.

I saved some money by pumping off the water myself ahead of time.

How long long had it been since they were last pumped? How many gallons did they end up driving off with? I've got 2 tanks I need to get pumped out soon. I'd like to get it done before it gets to cold.

I don't know how many gallons.

It was 1.5-2 years since the last service.
