What solutions have you all found for the smell in the drainage pits in your bays? So far putting a few cups of Clorox bleach in them seems to work for a few days, but then back to the same old thing.

I realize that it is pretty much an open sewer and will probably be difficult to deal with anyway, but I'm interested to know what other's have done.

I use a chlorine tablet for swimming pools, but I wrap it with baling wire to make a cage around it, then hang it from the grate so it's suspended in the water. It lasts about a month and keeps the smell away for some time after it's completely dissolved. I wouldn't recommend this if you have a reclaim system.
