breaking into s/s bays and vacuums. Middle of the day with customers around. Guy keeps his head down and wears a camo hat. There’s some great stills and video. Same guy in white pick up truck and red pick up truck with black stripe. Great License plate shots of stolen plates. Drill didn’t work, had success with battery rotary saw. 12 years never a problem. Police on lookout for the scum.

VLC media player will play it.
It is so short in length not too much is seen.

I use Media Player Classic HC. It doesn't require an installation, just put it in the same folder as the video. VLC needs to be installed.
