The worst is over. I found 4 quarters on the coin box today! That hasn't happened in months.

I'm so excited!! I pulled $10.25 out of my venders this week.

I found a 10 pound box of powdered milk in the dumpster today. Now I won't have to eat my morning cereal dry for a while.

I tried powdered milk on my cereal once, but it just seemed even more dry than without it. Do you not just sprinkle it over the cereal?

I found a pair of Polk Audio 6 1/2" speakers on the vac island a few weeks ago. I yanked the door panels off my Civic and installed the polks. They sound great!

FYI, whether or not the recession is over, I made the decision to STOP listening to/looking at the news in any form a couple months ago. My attitude is better, my business is busier and I am by far happier and healthier.

If this is burying my head in the sand, I think I'll go even deeper!

I've done the same with the weather forecasts, and I wish customers would do the same. We had rain forecast for Sunday, right up 'til about 10 am Sunday morning, but it was clear and sunny all day. The forecast alone killed the weekend business.
