Looks like a caricature, or a major photoshop. Bill is looking really good now, as he started taking care of himself.

AND that's a good picture of her after she had her makeup people. For some reason all the Clinton women were , to put it kindly, a little odd. Think Madaline Albright, Donna Shalala, that poet lauret who thinks she's an African queen Mya Angilou, and Ruth Buzzie Ginsberg.
