I think I know what you are talking about when you say "250-gallon tote". These are the things with wire around the outside for stability? If I am correct on what it is, where do I get one?

Yes it's the one with the aluminum cage around it.

You can get them at tire shops; they use them for the a and b component they mix for filled tires.

One is washable and the other is not (with water), so ask if the one you get is water soluble, cause that is the one you should be using.

Mine were $25 each.
