I haven't had any complaints. But I am still at a soft opening stage of my carwash. It was closed for like 7+ years, still remodeling the site. If they are going to complain about $20 they might complain about $15. I've watched customers do $20 and then run their card again. Lots of customers doing over $20. I have a high bay...11' so getting larger vehicles. They might need more time to wash their trucks/RVs.Do you have issues with customers driving off while leaving the meter running….?
And then balking later at the $20 tab, as they “thought “ they pushed the stop at $5….?
Off topic, but how do you like your push button selectors vs. a rotary switch? Finally joined the $$ a minute club, with a $4 start and $15 max on the CC’s…
The taps are new, thanks to listening to a few of you, say, embrace the tech…!

The faceplates/meter doors are now in their 28th year…. So for the most part, they have been great!Off topic, but how do you like your push button selectors vs. a rotary switch?
Change the Ginsan stop button to “pause” or “safety stop”… that’s helped with people who can’t find the stop button on the crypto reader
I love the idea of the push buttons with a 1 or 2 second delay between features to avoid abuse of the equipment (kids). Then when a customer is finished and chooses the "safety stop" or "pause" feature (great idea!), they're not sweeping past all of the other functions to get there. I would also love a sensor in the unloader/bypass to shut down the HP features and spot free after 10 seconds for when a customer drives off with time on the meter since these are usually the last features a customer uses besides the Shammee. That signal could be used to cancel a credit card transaction as well. The faceplates/meter doors are now in their 28th year…. So for the most part, they have been great!
