I have an older Futura 3 bay SS system.

On one of the pumps, when the dial is set to 'wax', no water is filling the holding tank. Water does fill up the tank in 'wash' and 'soap' settings. I have replaced the solenoid valve for that unit but still not filling.

The other two work just fine.

Any suggestions as to the cause?

Thanks!!

Futura used the Dole 2-way solenoids to fill a small tank for each bay. When any high-pressure function is selected, one of the two coils on the valve should be energized. Check that first - if it's getting power and energizing, replace the solenoid. If it's not, you'll have to trace the wiring back to the problem.

MEP is correct. I did replace the Dole solenoid and it is still having the issue.

I don't recall exactly how they're wired, but there's a relay in the control box to switch the solenoid between hot and cold for the soap, wax and rinse selections. You'll find the problem in that area.
