Tandem Config 12 error

I had a Tandem with a Config 12 testing error about the trolley being in a bad position after measuring and failed the test. I am a new technician so I pulled out the manual and trouble shot the proxy and had all of the signals and VDC I am supposed to have. I adjusted the spacing for the proxy and it still fails the Config 12 test. The wash performs flawlessly. Has anyone dealt with this issue before?

Yes sir that is correct. Once it travels to the rear it goes left and begins to measure it faults out with "trolley bad position fault" auto return home. The measurement from the center flag to the home position flag is dead on at 1500mm.

Did you try a config32 to reload the front bridge node software?

Corrosion behind mid flag was pushing out the flag.........Corrosion cleaned and duct tape placed behind flag to prevent corrosion again and reinstalled. Problem solved.
