Has anybody installed the upgrade kits that come with the validator, harness and mounting plate ? I thought they would be plug and play but im not having any luck. I have bought 2. One of them i installed in 3 machines before it would work. I dont know why it worked in that machine. Im having the same problem with the second unit. They both utilze the mdb harness just like the original validators. I get 2 flashes indicating "disabled from unit". With the old validators i could just flip the bottom dip switch and make them work. These new ones dont have that. Im sure its something simple but im stumped. Is there a trick to making these work ?
