They are calling their Tucson AZ test a success even though only 20 percent returned for a second month. 80 percent did not think it was worth it to renew a second month. That seems like a pretty high attrition rate to me. Maybe it is because you will still have to buy something additional for lunch every time you go if you want enough to eat? Maybe it isn't a bad idea. We could try it for self serve bays. $10/month and you get 2 minutes of SS bay usage everyday. Then they still have to buy additional minutes at full price if they want to get their car clean. They don't want to miss out out on anything "free" so they come there everyday with different cars in the family fleet.
