T Handle Lock repair

Threaded rod came out of t Handle. There is a pin that goes across head of threaded portion and used to somehow lock into the handle allowed handle to slide up and down on rod, but no longer locks in Repair Solution?

Try a new pin, maybe it's worn down to where it can't catch in the T-handle part anymore. If the T-handle is what's worn where it can't hold the pin, replacement is your only option. They aren't crazy expensive and they're still being made.
