Hi Chad,

Sorry for the delay in response as a customer of mine had just advised me he noticed a post on this website regarding the conversion procedure. When converting to Aquablue these are our procedures;

1) Remove the fill cap from Power-pack.
Take out all screws and detach screen.

2) Using a pump, take out as much
hydraulic fluid as possible.

3) Using a wet vac, remove as much
remaining fluid as possible.

4) Remove old filter (place a catch pan
underneath filter before detaching).

5) Detach the return line that feeds directly
to the filter (allow return line to hang into
bucket to drain out residual fluid).

6) Fill Power-pack with Aquablue to the top
of sight glass or 3/4 full.

7) Fill new filter over half way with
Aquablue, and attach. Make sure your new
filter is no less then 10 microns and not
made of paper.

8) Bleed the system out. Hold the return
line into a bucket and run the system.
Continue to run until pure blue fluid is
flowing out into bucket.

9) Reattach Return line. Run the system
for 15 minutes and examine all components
are operating correctly.

If you have any other questions at all regarding the conversion procedure please feel free to email me at Tapco.bb@gmail.com

Thank You,

Brandon
