PC&D has a story about a Dallas Councilman trying to shutter a car wash due to crime. However even the Dallas Police Assoc. Pres. is happy with the owners efforts. Here is how to contact the councilman :

Councilman, troubling that you engage in a basic "Pass the buck" Tactic. Crime occurs at a property and bureaucrats whose governments fail to do their job put the spotlight on the business or property owner. Put the focus where it belongs. On the government. Even the police association President. is satisfied with what the business owner is doing.
I urge others to do the same.
I suggest other operators contact the councilman as well.
