Suggestions Needed: Best Insurance for Car Wash

We have been with State Farm for the past 5 years. Unfortunately, they’ve recently informed me that they will not be renewing my policy.


I’m now looking for recommendations on reliable insurance providers that are a good fit for car wash operations. Ideally, I need coverage for:

• Property & equipment
• Liability (customer vehicles, slips/falls, etc.)
• Workers’ comp
• Business interruption

Has anyone here worked with other carriers (Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, or any specialized insurers for car washes) and had positive experiences?


Any guidance or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Make sure the Ins Co is licensed to do business in your state. Excess and Surplus lines carriers may be able to write business in your state but may not then be part of a state Guaranty fund and if they go bust you have no coverage.
