Just before midnight today, some idiots took a boat attached to a dually through our Profile! So lucky it did not do any damage. The Profile must have stopped when it hit the hitch and bar attachment to the boat and did not try to continue around the back of the truck, and just washed the sides of the truck. In the pic, you can see a large rug in the back of the truck that was soaking wet from the wash. They continued out of the wash and dumped the rug in the middle of our site. My maintenance guy notified me about it this morning and said it stunk like hell and must have weighed about 150 lbs. He was able to get it into the dumpster (which has a gravity lock on it so people can't fill it up with their trash). Have been told previously by the police that you can't prosecute for dumping here in TX unless whatever they dumped weighs more than 500 lbs. All our signs say no dumping. Just lucky the Profile wasn't damaged.

That's absolute BS. Illegal dumping on private property. Cops down there must suck worse than Austin PD. You might need to add a couple signs that state some huge fine for dumping, then take them to court.
 
Feel for ya and you’re right , it’s those types of morons that make our washes exhausting. This DA decided to spray paint his initials last night in one of the ss bays. FB post and threaten to prosecute had him call within a few hours. Told him to get rid of it by tomorrow or he’ll be charged.

Did he wash or just pull in to graffiti?
