Storage Unit pricing per geographic location?

I am looking for some input on what your basic storage unit goes for in your area. I want to see the average price based on location for a 5 by 10 or a similar size. Any help would be appreciated.

We are looking at buying a 5/1 with 86 storage units attached.

for a 5x10 it ranges between 45 and 55 per month, in co. It all depends on what the properity has to offer the customer, just a box and a door that locks is $45. A box and a door that lock with security cameras and a coded gate is $55 per month.

Here (central Texas) a 5x10 is between $50 and $60. Most units that small are climate-controlled. A 10x10 is $60-70 if it's outdoor access.

I guess there is somewhat of a range depending on where you are geographically. Around here are 5 x 10 will go for about $30-$40. I don't know what it is like elsewhere, but it seems like MI has an extremely high concentration of storage units for the amount of people there are.

We get $55 in Southern Ontario for a 5 X 10...

We are in the Florida Panhandle. We get $65/month. We are only climate controlled. $95 for a 10x 10.
