still getting fl 2 on abb speed controller

I'm still having intermitten problems with my Laser 4000 stopping while washing cars .Lately read out is arch rotation error.and a fl2 on speed controller only when you try to reset at joy stick.I you look at ABB display its 00 than try to move in any direction goes to fl2.but it will not allow system to move bridge ,trolley or arch.Then while holding joy stick in either position it may decide to allow laser to be reset to its home position?Could a bad mtr cause this ?Amperage seems to be correct on abb read out while watching in operation.

Like to thank mike menard from pdq for solving my problem .it was the high leg on the input to the abb speed controller.i removed wire and ran it with single phase problem gone.
