Sticker Shock on Wash World Hyper Force

if you really want to differntiate yourself in a market already full of touchless machines why not look at a friction rollover? i've heard the operating costs are very low compared to touchless. just a thought...

There is a new hyper force in PA, someone I know. I am heading there in the next few weeks to see if the difference to our razors is noticeable from a customer perspective. Probably buying 3-4 washes to help goose his numbers for the day 😂

That said I have seen other TF machines I have never heard of that look very impressive and supposedly require less maintenance than my WW equipment plus parts are easy to obtain and cost effective. However my only concern is the lack of a dedicated tech support. WW tech support is excellent which helps drive up the cost of the new equipment.

Because there is an New Express Wash right across the road

Thank you for all the suggestions. We will be getting some more quotes in the next couple weeks. I’ll keep you informed the double barrel does sound like a good option. We will definitely get a price on that too also going to check the Petit we have the water wizard halfway fixed so we should be OK with that for a while
If you have sticker shock with the WW quotes, wait till you get a Petit quote. I own both and I like my Razor better. Here are a couple of examples. The Razor is far more economical when it comes to chemistry and water. Razor having smaller nozzles creates more of an aerosol effect that foams your presoaks nicely with a better show. The Petit with the larger nozzles has more of a wet foam look. I have short bays and the Petit with two pump stands really isn’t that much faster than my Razor. We bought a Petit to replace an older 8 ft IBA. They clean about the same.

For Razor Hyper Force (without plumbing and electrical) we were quoted $200k without installation (it included everything we wanted) for Petit we got quoted $265k (again no installation, with stand alone dryers)

Don't underestimate the value of Washworld. They have a good tech support team that you can count on when your equipment is down and you have customers
waiting to wash. Even if you install the Razor and keep your site topnotch the customers will come to you.
As far as the install is concerned 10,000-15,000 should cover it depending on what infrastructure you have in place

Or a Typhoon
100% this.

Set yourself apart. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Just messing with you Car_Wash_Guy

All jokes aside the razor is a dependable machine with great tech-support. I would still do the double barrel over the hyper force any day. The turbo nozzles make a huge difference in customer perception. A razor gives customers a good show and feel like they’re getting their moneys worth. They are not being pushed out of the bay the quickest possible for the same amount of wash passes on a $10 wash or a $18 wash.
