stacking trifoam on top of both presoaks??

Why wouldn't you go hi, lo lo? Seems like, lo, hi, lo is kinda counterproductive...?
Would like to as it would in theory make for a drier car. My low does an exceptional job of removing eyebrow and brightening chrome if put on as a first pass. The high is strong enough to overcome the low. I tried high/low and the low wan't as effective. With low/high it's the best overall car I've ever put out, I'm not giving that up. But all this info is chemical and site dependent for everyone.

what products are you using for your low and high?

Quest 110 low, Quest 210 boosted with 290 for high, Most operators I've talked to don't have to boost their high, that is site dependent.

I really liked the Quest. I thought it cleaned amazingly.

Only issue.....it DESTROYED my equipment. Ate injectors and fittings. In the bay, it killed my concrete surface down to the aggregate over time.

I don't think I have had an issue yet but noted your reference somewhere to it eating concrete. I'll have to look more carefully. and compare the touch free bay floor to the friction bay floor. I'm still running my ancient wizards and the hydrominders and cat presoak pumps don't seem to mind it. I believe 110 doesn't contain HF but is a sulfuric blend (which could indeed degrade concrete over time) It will definitely eat brass though!

What are you using now?

Had a lady tell me the other day the dryer didn’t turn on, showed her the video of herself sitting in her car , dryer on and staring at her phone. Agreed majority are not watching
I get that about once a week. The worst part is when they act like they know my machine better than me. I had a guy call me last week and said he purchased a basic wash and it only did two water passes then the dryer turned on. I explained to him the dryers dont come on unless a wash completes its cycles so I can guarantee you that you got 6 passes. He insisted he wanted to see the video because he knows what happened. I was able to send him the whole video because It's only about a 1 1/2 minutes for my machines do 6 passes. He texts me back "my apologies I must've been looking at my phone, not paying attention. Thank you for sending me the video and showing me I should be paying more attention." I texted him back so just curious was your car clean? He texted me back and said "yes sir". I thumbed up his text but in my head im thinking something I cant publicly announce on this forum and also why do I even answers these calls :ROFLMAO:

I can second this. When I took over managing our wash 7 years ago, the local distributor had us set up with Quest presoaks. We were replacing electrical/miscellaneous parts every month and we didnt know what was causing it. It was so corrosive, it would eat through everything, but did clean very well. When our local distributor stopped supplying our chemicals we started buying through kleenrite. Now we rarely have to replace parts in the wash. Our current presoaks do need to run a little stronger to get similar results but it has definitely made up for the headaches we would get for constant part failures.
