What can I do if anything to get a spot free rinse? I have Purcleans RO system which is at 6 ppm at the rain bar. I have a drying agent rain bar, and a sealer wax rain bar prior to the sport free rinse. I have tried all sorts of dilutions and I am currently sitting at 640-1 on both.

too much drying agent has given us similar results as too little. The concentration is so low it is easy to have too much.

Drying agent has a "window" where either too much or too little will not work effectively. Is the spotting problem consistent on all vehicles? What is the pH of the surface of the vehicles after the wash? If it is in the high pH range you could be counteracting the sealant and drying agent which could create your problem.
