Personally, I would isolate the pickup.Id like to tap into my ro tank to have spot free into my 2 ss bays.
Can i just tee into the line going to the iba or do i have to put its own pickup into the tank.
Also what kind of pump do i need and any other hardware other than a check valve at the hp line.

Then you need;
* an open position on your rotary dial
* a decal for "spot free"
* a pump (I use a Cat 310) and motor
* a pressure regulator (I run mine between 250 to 300 psi.)
* a relay bank or multiplexer to engage the motor
(here's a thread that may help choose between the two, I've used relays that have been in service for over 25 years)
* single hose running from pump to a solenoid panel
* solenoid panel
* hoses running from solenoid panel to each bay
* checks at each bay manifold
* signal wire from bay box to solenoid panel and relay bank or multiplexer
* checks out at the bay

What size line from the pickup and what kind of line? Also for for the recirc cant you just recirc it back into the supply line like a cat pump does?I'd get a 240GPH procon pump capable of 250 psi. You could also opt to use a booster pump with similar specs. You also need a regulator, a couple of relays (or a multiplexer), and a line to recirculate from the regulator back in the tank. Use 3/8" nylon (high pressure)line to the bays, and use individual 3/8" solenoids( not a 1/4" manifold).
Yes, that makes it more complicated, as the vast majority of pumps are not suitable for lifting from an underground tank. What type of spot-free pump does your auto use?Oh and the tank is underground, so that will prolly change things
