Spot Free Rinse

I'm looking to begin a no wipe exterior wash. Is a RO spot free rinse system a must? If I am getting dry cars with the blowers do I need to worry about spotting? Also if I add the spot free rinse would that mean that I don't need to worry about getting the car as dry? In other words do I invest in additional dryers or invest in the spot free rinse or do I need both?
Thanks
Paul

Do you use reclaim in the wash and how well is the vehicle rinsed? If you are getting a dry car now why would you feel you need additional dryers? I have found that if you are using reclaim and/or you are not getting a good rinse you are almost always going to get some spotting. Even with a spot free rinse you might still get some spotting but it should only be minimal if your dryer works well.

We will be adding a reclaim. We currently wipe the cars but are looking to add a no wipe option. This why we would need the additional blowers.

I see you are in New York state - where? I'm outside of Buffalo. If you want, you can PM me. I know a guy who does what you are looking to do - a no wipe exterior, and he is doing well with it.

Spot free rinse

You can get away without having a spot free rinse system. We have ran many cars with out using our spot free rinse system. If our spot free system is down, we add a little more drying agent and produce a near spotless car. We get a few spots in the hard to rinse area. Our customers do not complain and very few notice.
