Spot Free Pressure

It's preset at 170 but it will run 250. I set mine to 275 and regulate it down to 250 with the bypass going back to the tank. For my service customers I set the pump to 250 and regulate it down to 225 so it's not working so hard and hopefully make it last longer. The whole setup is barely $400.

For spot free rinse, pressure is irrelevant. Flow is what matters. If you have small diameter feed lines and small narrow angle nozzles, then you need to up the pressure to compensate.
@ 150 psi with 1/2 lines I get 1.2 gpm to the bay. You can spot free a car in about a minute and a half.

Hey guys I wanted to report back and let you guys know the outcome. I switched out the pump, always a fun time on a coleman stand given the location but thats a topic for another thread, and the pressure is great now. I am running it at 200 PSI through 3/8" nylon tubing to the bays and it looks great in the bays. Customers are eating it up as well!

As always thanks for all the comments and input.
