I have been trying for over two years to have my credit refunded back to me. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with from when they came to Texas the double billing not applying the payment to my invoices chemical quality issues, chemical Delivery issues everything at this company has been so miserable. That is why I stopped by from them two years ago they have fired or laid off all the people that had any brains. Every month I receive my statement and I sent an email requesting a refund. I have left voicemails to their 888 number that goes unanswered. I can’t even begin to imagine for the people who buy equipment from them what they must go through the constant miss billing probably still exist because they do that overseas now.
