Solid new avw conveyor

I am currently in the market of purchasing a new 70ft conveyor. I just saw a brand new AVW conveyor. I am quite impressed with the amount of metal they use and how simple it is.

Top deck = 1/2 plus another 1/2 flat bar stitched welded so all roller wear will only be on the flat bar. If ever goes bad grind off the welds and put new 1/2 flat bar.

All greaseless bearings with all stainless hardware. Also super simple cylinder and actuator design for ease of service.

In June I put this in. My 4th AVW. Get metal hinged exit door. I was thinking of heavier 458 chain although my others have 358. Was told there was some issues with it hanging on the sprocket so I did not do it.

Ordered plastic cover entrance Y rollers. Mistake. Inboard is then to high, not enough ground clearance.
