What is the part I have circled in red for? Meter Check or something? It turns and I was not sure what it is for....Had to change one on my Wax and seen it thought I would ask

Is it the same as what? If you expect someone to compare the photo from Dultmeier to your photo, then you'll have to supply a working one of yours first.

The rod on the bottom of the solenoid in the Dultmeier photo is a metering valve. It doesn't "hook to" anything, you turn it with a screwdriver to control flow through the solenoid.

control flow of the amount of wax that comes out of the wand?

Yes you can control your chemical to water ratio with the metering valve. When you turn it in or out, you increase or decrease the amount of chemical that goes into the system.

My system doesn't have a valve on the solenoid. It is inline just after it. Make sure that you aren't adding a second metering valve. If you are, just run one wide open and throttle the other one back.
