Soap tank diluted

Good morning. My soap tank slowly fills with water and delutes the soap. This morning it was completely clear and dripping out the overflow. It is a Dilling-Harris system. I had this problem 2 months ago and replaced the hydrominder and it worked fine. I pulled the hose off the eductor and it’s not leaking. Within 2 hours the tank starts to rise and dilutes the soap. Check valves- hydrominder? Very frustrating

Probably back feeding water from one of the pumps. Might have debris in soap solenoid at one of the pumps

We find that some hydrominder magnets go bad such that they do not shut off the flow completely. Magnet might seem fine when on work bench but fail when under some pressure.

Which soap tank is filling with water on it's own? it's more than likely a bad check valve out in the bay. A solenoid will only stop the flow of water in one direction.

It is the soap tank for the high pressure soap. I had some slag in one solenoid and cleaned it out but still have a little backflow into the tank. The only inlet to the tank is through the hydrominder. The outlet goes to the soap solenoids. I was told on a Dilling Harris system the soap solenoids work as a check valve.

Who ever told you that the soap solenoids work as a check valve doesn't know what there talking about. You've got a check valve leaking by somewhere. My guess would be spot free rinse.
