They are cavernous and squared out at the top so our wraps are getting in deep, perilously close to the wraps' lower cores. Had a claim of tiny nicks along the top edge of one in the past week. We're manually retracting them for now. Any help would be appreciated.

what kind of wraps do you have? Sounds like they may be set too aggressive...

Wow I have a Sierra and wash it everyday. No problems!

I also have QuckFires too! No issues.

You may have to adjust the pressure on your booms. I'm still 30 days in and can't really offer more for you. I'm learning!

Installed in July 2014. I love them. Clean the little wheels that run on the rails once a week. It takes about 1-1.5 hours total.

Wet the wheels down with 50/50 simple green and water in a spray bottle. Wear rubber gloves and you should be able to remove the black buildup with your hands. Use steel wool for stubborn stains. Rotate all the wheels fully (you may have to pull the shaft back and forth to move some). Rinse with water. Same process with the rails. Spray with wd40 to lube the wheels and rails. Hit the actuator to make the wrap slide the length of the rails a few times and you're done.
