Should I do renovations or not?

Hello, my carwash is 18 years old. Curtains, selector boxes, heaters etc look old. Do you recommend changing them? Will I get my money back? My other concern is although putting “new” selector boxes is good in theory, but in practice I now need to learn new things and collect spare parts for that. Should I add tap pay?
I always make sure my pressure is good and ppl get lots of soap, but does it matter how new things look like?

Looks absolutely matter. You can probably update your meter boxes without replacing. I would absolutely add the ability to accept chip and tap. A good facelift can do a lot for you. Consider updating your lighting if you haven't already, make sure the place is nice and bright.
