Self Serve on Septic System

Can someone explain to me on how this system operates and what I need to do for normal operation?

I would proceed with caution on this. Usually the city, state, or feds won’t allow this. Pollutes ground water. Even if you can legally do this the EPA could come back later and make you pay for cleanup. Adding a reclaim would only make things worse. Good luck.
