Found another potential self serve car wash. The wash has not been in business for a few years. No financials on the wash. It’s a 5 bay and all the equipment is being sold but broker does not know if it’s working. Will be taking a look at it tomorrow. My concern is there is a big express wash 2 minutes up the road. And also another self car wash 6 mins from that. If the price is right would someone even entertain this or stay away? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
