i am currently under the process of remodeling my carwash and was looking for input on some ceiling booms ,I would like to replace my current Kleen Rite Spring Boom - Stainless Steel X-Brace with mosmatic Z style booms. but my concern with mosmatic boom there is no spring to relieve the tension from the boom how good are the booms any feedback on them would be great.

Mosmatic booms are very good - they had better be for what they cost. There is a spring but it doesn't allow the boom to flex, instead the hose runs through it to keep it from bending sharply against the end of the boom.

The only thing I don't like about them is that they swing TOO freely, and you may have to install their magnet kit to hold it toward the wall. The slightest breeze will make the boom and hose swing out into the bay where someone can hook it with their mirror.

FWIW, the booms you have now are actually JE Adams booms.
