Ryko SoftGloss Issue

My Softgloss and Pickup trucks are not friends anymore seems the right rear arm likes to grab the back of the truck even if there isn't a ball hitch, I checked the air pressure settings all are correct, checked for loose bolts on the bearings, motor is new, gearbox isn't making any noise, foambrite material on the whole system is 8 months old. What is causing this? I attached the video of one vehicle is did it to and it's violent when it grabs the vehicle.

Steve, I tried jumping on your Site Server to check, but was unable to get on. Sounds like you may be using the high pressure at rear. I would suggest changing the setup question "HiPres@Rear?" to "NO" to see if that resolves the issue. You would then be using standard pressure at the rear to clean, but it should be sufficient to bring the rear arms in and properly wash. The other are you may want to check would be the arm level. If it's caught on something, it may have pulled it out of level and could contribute. If you recently replaced the brushes, it could simply be a matter of needing more lubrication or turning down the pressures.
