I have an error 37 (High Voltage Problem) on my softgloss unit. Loud buzzing sound from my control panel when I turn power on. No breakers are tripped. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Usually, the high voltage fault code occurs when there is a fault with the VFD. I would recommend you turn off the 3 phase power to the machine, open the main control panel and inspect for any loose wiring coming from the disconnect and going over to the VFD as well as all the contactors and overloads. Look for anything that may indicate a burnt wire or loose connection. If you can't find anything, can you tell exactly where the buzzing sound is coming from with the panel door open?
